We are supporting our client in recruiting a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join their busy and friendly office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, customer service, and data entry, with plenty of variety day‑to‑day.
Salary: £13.38 per hour
Location: Clitheroe
Working Hours
* Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:15pm
* Fri: 8:00am – 3:00pm
What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing incoming sales orders via email
* Entering data into Sage
* Handling customer queries such as delivery dates and order updates
* General sales admin and office support
* Providing customer service by phone and email
Most of the work is PC‑based, with some telephone communication.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong administrative skills
* Good communication and customer service ability
* Confident using computers (Sage experience is a bonus)
* Organised, accurate and reliable
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
