Key Responsibilities Training & Development Facilitate and deliver both formal and informal training sessions across SBMC Record and collate evidence of staff competencies in line with awarding body criteria Monitor progress and ensure key staff meet milestones in their training journey IT Support & Integration Provide first-line IT support at our Erskine site, working closely with our remote IT team Deliver 1:1 IT training to staff, supporting digital confidence and capability Assist with the integration of new technologies within our production facility ?? What We’re Looking For Experience in training delivery or adult education (formal qualifications a plus) Basic IT support skills and confidence working with non-technical users Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, approachable attitude with a genuine interest in helping others succeed ??
