Requirements
· Minimum 6 moths working in the care industry in the UK
· Right to work in the UK.
· Care Certificate (or willingness to complete it)
· Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant/Support worker you will provide essential care and support to individuals in various care services. Your duties will include:
* Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication support)
* Assist with mobility and transfers
* Maintain a safe and clean environment
* Accurately document care notes and medical records
* Communicate effectively with service users and their families
* Engage with clients to ensure their well-being and happiness
* Helping with general tasks
* Providing companionship
