What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member: As a brand ambassador, provide exceptional care by connecting with residents, listening to their needs, and ensuring prompt resolution or escalation of issues. Support sales and community engagement by handling enquiries, conducting viewings, attending events, and organising resident activities in line with company expectations. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment through regular cleaning, basic maintenance, safety checks, and coordination with contractors. Assist with operational tasks such as post and parcel management, rent and booking support, sustainability initiatives, and seasonal turnaround activities.
