Dental Nurse & Reception Support | Smile Suffolk, Ipswich
We are looking for a GDC Qualified Dental Nurse to join our established, highly regarded, fully private dental practice at Smile Suffolk in Ipswich. This full‑time role works 43.15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and includes a combination of chairside dental nursing and reception responsibilities, supporting a seamless and professional patient journey throughout the practice.
Hours: Monday 8:45‑17:17, Tuesday 8:00‑17:15, Wednesday 8:45‑17:45, Thursday 8:45‑17:15, Friday 8:45‑16:45.
The Role
* Provide chairside support across a range of treatments
* Support patient care and comfort throughout their visit
* Assist with infection control and decontamination procedures
* Help maintain smooth clinical workflow throughout the practice
* Support the reception team with patient enquiries, appointment management, and front desk duties
* Help deliver an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to completion of treatment
