Imagine a job where your creativity gets to shine every single day. Where your love of drama, music, or art isn’t just appreciated—it’s essential.

We’re looking for passionate, creative souls to join our team as full-time Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Southwark. Whether you’re a performer, artist, musician, or just someone who lights up a room, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

4. Creating a classroom vibe that’s fun, focused, and full of imagination

You’ll be great at this if:

5. You’ve got experience working with children (schools, youth clubs, theatre groups—anything goes)

6. You love getting stuck in and thinking on your feet

7. You bring positive energy and a big dollop of patience

8. You’re ready to make school feel like a place every child wants to be

Bonus points if you’ve worked with SEND pupils or have Thrive training—but if not, we offer that too (for free!).

10. FREE access to our CPD Academy (boost your skills, your way)

11. Supportive consultants who actually listen

12. Local bookings and roles that match your style

13. Referral rewards if you bring a mate along!
