Due to ongoing growth, our client is looking for an Estimator to join their business based in York. We are interested in hearing from both Estimators and Senior Estimators, and salary will be competitive and based on experience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate most of the following experience and attributes. Skill: * Familiar with Software such as Blue Beam and Microsoft Office Suite (in particular with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word). * Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tenders simultaneously. * Effectively manage your diary to hit deadlines. * An experienced Estimator who has been working for a principal contractor (highly desirable). * Previous experience within the Commercial and Domestic Construction Industry, including the measurement and estimating of Construction Works essential. * Excellent communication and organizational mind, and skillset. * Excellent influencing, negotiation, and delegation skills.
