The Consultancy Group are working on a Commercial Finance Manager opening for a Global Hospitality business. The ideal person would be located either near Manchester or Liverpool with Hybrid working.
A great opportunity for someone to grow within the organisation and work alongside an experienced Head of Finance. This role gives you great exposure to senior stakeholders
Key Responsibilities (What you'll do)
Support the Head of Finance – UK and GSA Finance Director with financial activities across the region (planning, controls, risk, and cash management).
Build relationships with key stakeholders and attend client meetings when needed.
Help with monthly and ad-hoc business reviews.
Support operational teams by explaining financial information clearly and reviewing budgets and solutions.
Monitor and report client spending and savings.
Help prepare month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments.
Work with operational teams to improve contract performance.
Maintain clear financial processes and reconciliations.
Help prepare budgets and forecasts.
Provide financial support and training to operational teams.
Work closely with site teams.
About you
A recognised professional finance qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of solid finance experience with strong technical knowledge.
Experience working commercially and partnering with senior stakeholders.
Strong financial modelling ability, with confidence in explaining results clearly.
Detail-focused and process-driven, with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
Proactive and practical in approach, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
Confident presenter, comfortable engaging with people at all levels of the organisation.
