Workshop Manager Location: Crediton Reports to: Group Performance Manager Remuneration: * Salary £40-60K DOE * Bonus Purpose of the Role Accountable for site performance. To oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and compliance high-quality vehicle repairs, efficient workflow, and compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
