Business Analyst – Platform & Product Migration - CONTRACT - Hybrid

Overview
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a sharp and experiencedBusiness Analystto join a high-growth, fast-moving digital intelligence business. This is acontract rolefocused on supporting the migration and integration of products and platforms during a period of strategic transformation and expansion across Europe.
You’ll be at the heart of a major platform initiative, blending legacy system migration, post-acquisition integration, and new product builds, in an environment enriched byAI, hyper-automation, and human-in-the-loop intelligence workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Mapping and analysing functional requirements across legacy and new platforms
* Working with Product, Engineering, Content, and Commercial teams to align needs
* Conducting gap analysis and documenting user journeys (including edge/failure cases)
* Supporting prioritisation and planning of feature migrations and platform integrations
* Defining and validating user stories, ensuring clarity and value alignment
* Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture insights and drive clarity
* Contributing to impact and risk assessments across projects
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience:
* Proven track record as a Business Analyst in digital product/platform migration projects
* Strong understanding of content, data, or intelligence-based systems
* Confident in functional mapping, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
* Detail-oriented with a pragmatic, structured mindset
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Bonus Points For:
* Exposure to AI/automation workflows or agentic systems
* Experience with post-M&A integration or multi-brand ecosystems
* Background in political intelligence, research, or policy services
* Familiarity with content-rich or knowledge-based platforms
