My client is a leading Payments Consultancy who serve businesses of all sizes across a fast-changing global economy.


Their Pricing Managers have a high-impact role where they shape the pricing models that drive millions in recurring client savings. The role is incredibly broad, allowing you to touch all areas of pricing as you analyze complex merchant fee structures, interchange rates, and card scheme costs across all geographies.


If you are looking to lead on Pricing Strategy and work with high-influence this could be a fantastic role for you.


What You’ll Be Doing


* Design and evolve pricing strategies for our core acquiring, gateway, and value-added services.
* Partner with commercial, finance, and product teams to craft pricing that wins — balancing margin, competitiveness, and long-term growth.
* Use data, benchmarking, and insight to build commercially smart pricing models — from dynamic rate cards to enterprise deal frameworks.
* Lead on pricing for strategic deals, driving clarity, governance, and commercial confidence.
* Monitor performance and recommend optimizations that drive sustainable profitability.
* Help shape how pricing is communicated and positioned — internally and to customers — to bring clarity and confidence to every deal.


What We’re Looking For


* 3–7 years of experience in pricing or card scheme analytics — ideally within Merchant Acquiring
* Strong understanding of the merchant acquiring value chain, including interchange, scheme fees, and cost-to-serve models.
* Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
* Commercial acumen — you understand how to link cost structures with pricing strategy and customer value.
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
* Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth, data-driven environments.
