Job Description
The Regulated Product Specialist is a hands-on product role supporting Three Mobile’s Regulated Products portfolio, including Accessory Financing and Connected Products Insurance. The role ensures day-to-day product performance, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting, while helping deliver improvements to the customer journey and supporting commercial outcomes.
Working closely with the Regulated Product Manager, the role contributes to embedding compliant-by-design principles, resolving product issues, and supporting key initiatives across Finance and Insurance.
This is a flexible, execution-focused role suitable for a team player who can operate across both product areas as needed.
What you’ll do
Product Execution & Issue Resolution
* Support the day-to-day management of regulated products (Financing and Insurance).
* Identify, investigate, and resolve product-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on customers, operations, or channels.
* Work closely with Technology, Risk, Operations, and Vendor teams to ensure issues are addressed quickly and accurately.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
* Help ensure products comply with FCA and relevant telecoms regulations at all times.
* Support the embedding of compliant-by-design principles across processes, customer journeys, and product changes.
* Assist in audits, regulatory reviews, and internal checks as required.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
* Produce and maintain accurate reporting on product performance, commercial outcomes, complaints, and regulatory metrics.
* Ensure all reporting is delivered on time and clearly communicates key insights to the Regulated Product Manager.
* Flag trends, risks, or compliance issues early to support timely intervention.
Delivery & Change Support
* Support delivery of product enhancements, fixes, and optimisation initiatives for both Financing and Insurance products.
* Assist with testing, user acceptance, and post-release checks to ensure products work as expected.
* Contribute to agile delivery processes, backlog refinement, and prioritisation of key in-life changes.
Teamwork & Stakeholder Collaboration
* Act as a reliable and flexible team player, supporting the Regulated Product Manager and colleagues across both product areas.
* Work closely with Commercial, Regulatory, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Vendor teams to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Provide clear updates on tasks, risks, and issues to ensure transparency and smooth deliver
Qualifications
Who you are
* Experience in product, operations, or regulated product support roles, ideally in Finance, Insurance, Telecoms, or Digital Services.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve product or operational issues.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements (FCA or other relevant frameworks) and compliance processes.
* Experience producing accurate reports and tracking KPIs.
* Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to work across multiple functions
