Job Role: Vehicle Progressor / Coordinator
Job Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £23,460
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 1pm (paid as overtime)
Vehicle Progressor Role:
1. Vehicle preparation and collection
2. Treating customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times
3. Communicating effectively about vehicle progression and achievement of agreed delivery schedules
4. Keeping Sales Executives informed of delivery changes
5. Liaising with the workshop during preparation of vehicles to gain authorization for remedial work and rectifying any outstanding issues
6. Timely and accurate document preparation
7. Checking vehicles on delivery to the site for all paperwork, keys, book packs, and navigation discs
8. Inspecting and approving the vehicle prior to handover to the Sales Executive, highlighting any issues immediately for rectification prior to delivery of vehicle to customer
9. Liaising with sales administration for special requests like cherished plate transfers or specific registration numbers
10. Daily management of the valeting diary
About you:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Progressor, Coordinator, Car Park Host, Forecourt Attendant within a Motor Garage
