The Post
We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Data Analyst to support the integrity, accuracy, and insight of our Asset Management Team. This role is critical in enabling informed decision-making across asset management, operations, and planning within Housing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse, maintain, and validate asset data across multiple systems
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are met
• Produce clear reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders
• Support asset lifecycle, performance, and risk analysis
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and business team
Required Attributes & Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience working with large datasets and asset information
• Proficiency in data tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar)
• Experience in Asset Data Systems and Housing Management Systems
• Understanding of asset management principles and data structures
