Role Overview
As a Science Teacher, you will inspire students to explore biology, chemistry, and physics. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess progress, and collaborate with colleagues to support student achievement. This role is suitable for teachers with QTS/QTLS or equivalent; ECTs/NQTs are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured science lessons.
2. Inspire curiosity and encourage scientific inquiry.
3. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support learning.
4. Work collaboratively with other Science Teachers and school staff.
5. Support students in achieving academic goals, including exam preparation.
Requirements
1. QTS or QTLS certification.
2. PGCE or equivalent qualification.
3. Strong passion for teaching science.
4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
