Main Purpose of the Role
To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team at The Harefield Practice, supporting patients and clinicians by delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out phlebotomy, ECGs, blood pressure monitoring, and general health checks
* Support vaccination and immunisation programmes
* Assist with chronic disease monitoring and minor clinical procedures
* Promote healthy lifestyles (e.g. smoking cessation, weight management, wellbeing advice)
* Provide clinical support to GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Accurately update and maintain patient records in line with practice policies
* Work within guidelines and protocols to ensure patient safety and continuity of care
Personal Development
* Take part in annual appraisals and professional development opportunities
* Work under supervision of registered clinicians while developing skills

* Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (flexible working considered)
* Salary: £24,000 – £31,500 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)
* Contract: Permanent / Fixed Term
