Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Excellent Package
We are currently representing a leading Governing Body within the Demolition Sector who are expanding their internal Group. This will be a chance to be the voice within the Industry.
The body represents and supports excellence within the demolition industry. The Group Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in driving operational effectiveness, strategic growth, and industry influence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, mentor, and develop individuals and teams.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Identify training and development opportunities.
* Manage staff issues professionally and effectively.
* Make time-sensitive and complex decisions to prevent delays and ensure member satisfaction.
* Ensure consistent, accurate, and credible industry messaging.
* Maintain alignment with demolition industry standards and facts.
* Evaluate and investigate potential new business opportunities or service lines.
* Manage complaints and issues raised by members or stakeholders.
* Monitor political, regulatory, and industry developments.
* Identify potential impacts on the demolition industry.
* Communicate relevant updates internally.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience managing teams up to 20
* Demolition experience is preferred
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and commercial awareness.
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
