Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking to make a real impact in a global engineering consultancy? Buro Happold is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic UK+ Finance team in Bath.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and strategic support across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Your next role
* Lead the preparation of monthly management and project accounts
* Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
* Partner with project teams to review financial performance and risks
* Provide financial and commercial decision support
* Present financial analysis and commentary to leadership
* Own and manage multiple cost centres
* Collaborate with international finance teams
* Support continuous improvement across finance processes
Your Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in a similar finance role
* Background in professional services or engineering/construction is a plus
* Familiarity with Agresso or Deltek Vantagepoint is beneficial
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills and financial systems experience
* Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Confident and proactive, able to work independently
* Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
