The postholder will be required to act as a point of contact and expertise for the Programme Management team, advising project applicants on compliance and targets, and undertaking a wide range of activities to play a key role in supporting the in the delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee the financial monitoring and reporting of funded programmes, including forecasting, budget profiling, and KPI tracking Review and process financial claims, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and maintaining clear audit trails Support project applicants and stakeholders with financial guidance, contracts, and compliance processes Produce high-quality reports, briefings, and maintain accurate financial databases and monitoring systems Candidate Criteria Proven experience in financial monitoring, forecasting, or compliance within the public sector or similar environment Strong understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and external funding streams (e.g. government grants) Excellent analytical, organisational, and ICT skills, with high attention to detail Ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders If you are interested in the role, or know of anyone who could be, please contact Rachel at Service Care Solutions on 01772 208969 or email rachel.burgess@servicecare.org.uk Service Care Solutions also offers a £250 referral bonus!
