Role Profile
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams (technical leads, project managers) and external suppliers to coordinate and streamline activities for successful projects. You will ensure agility in the supply chain by proactively adjusting plans and resolving challenges.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in supply chain or logistics within an operational delivery environment.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, demonstrating attention to detail and a solution-focused approach to operational challenges.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Create and manage project plans, tracking timelines, resources, and dependencies across multiple projects.
* Adjust plans as needed and communicate changes effectively.
* Identify upcoming project opportunities and potential challenges early.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track and within budget.
* Develop detailed resource plans to ensure smooth project execution.
* Support project managers and technical leads in resource utilization.
* Identify risks early and implement solutions to mitigate them.
* Manage supplier relationships and address supply chain issues promptly.
* Oversee stock levels, from ordering to disposal, ensuring efficiency.
* Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
* Monitor equipment usage to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
