We’re looking for an Associate Application Support Analyst to join our growing Service & Infrastructure function—someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and making a real impact on business-critical systems.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our Application Support team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our applications running smoothly and our users supported.
You’ll:
* 🔧 Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring systems are reliable and available
* đźš‘ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents quickly and effectively
* 🤝 Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver fast resolutions
* 🚀 Support upgrades, patches, and deployments with minimal business disruption
* đź“ť Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
* 🔍 Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to systems and processes
* đź“ž Provide high-quality, customer-focused support to internal and external users
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from people who are curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
You’ll bring:
* Experience (or strong interest) in application support within an IT environment
* Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Some knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, APIs, or system integrations
* Understanding of networking basics (DNS, VPN, firewalls)
* Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, or New Relic (or similar)
* Strong communication skills—able to explain technical issues clearly
* A proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm to develop your skills
