A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a highly regarded boutique country house hotel in Devon.
The kitchen focuses on seasonal British cuisine, working closely with local suppliers and ingredients grown in the property's own kitchen garden. Menus change regularly, offering chefs the chance to work creatively with exceptional produce.
The Role
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead one of the main sections during service
Assist with menu development using seasonal ingredients
Help train and develop junior chefs and apprentices
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
Passion for modern British food and seasonal produce
Confident working in a fast-paced fresh food kitchen
