Service Assistant, Newtownabbey, £27k
Reporting to the Service Manager and supporting the existing administrative team, the primary responsibilities of this role include:
* Assisting the Service Coordinator with departmental documentation, including timesheets, invoicing, engineer reports, and customer reports.
* Supporting other departments as needed, such as printing and referencing CAD drawings, filing, archiving, and answering phone calls.
* Performing general administrative duties as required.
Key Skills & Attributes
* Previous relevant experience within engineering / construction / automotive or similar environment dealing with engineers / service personnel
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Microsoft Excel
* A friendly and approachable manner.
* A professional attitude, demonstrating integrity and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support team members when needed.
Working hours 8.30am - 430pm Monday - Friday.
