EA Associates is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a social housing contract, operating from our client’s head office in Needham Market and covering multiple locations.
The role involves working within occupied residential properties, so applicants must be professional, customer-focused, and able to work proactively to complete tasks efficiently.
Work will take place across Needham Market, Colchester, Sudbury, and Bury St Edmunds.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ painting experience
* Comfortable working in occupied homes
* Own tools and reliable transport
Materials will be provided, and payment is made weekly via CIS or PAYE.
