Property Management Team Leader
Location: Rainham, ME8 (Medway)
Position: Permanent – Full Time

Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and manage a team of at least three Property Managers
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Property Management department
* Manage processes across the four core PM functions: End of Lease, Maintenance, Property Visits, Compliance
* Develop and implement efficient workflows and operational procedures
* Monitor performance, KPIs and service standards across the team
* Support team members with escalated issues and complex cases
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and safety requirements
* Assist with department strategy and improvements as the office grows
Qualifications
* Strong experience in residential Property Management
* Proven ability to lead, mentor or supervise a team
* Excellent understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
* Highly organised with strong process-driven thinking
* Strategic mindset with the ability to refine and improve systems
* Confident problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
* Strong communication and telephone manner
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Knowledge of the Medway area (advantageous)
* Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
* Professional, proactive and committed to high standards
