The responsibilities of our Member Billing Assistant are: Handle all aspects of member billing, including generating invoices, processing payments, and managing billing enquiries. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member questions and concerns related to billing promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented. Draft and send billing-related correspondence to members, including reminders and notifications of outstanding payments. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner. Work closely with membership team to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate billing information. Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and enhance member satisfaction. The Experience & Qualifications required of our Member Billing Assistant are: Previous experience in a customer service or billing role is desirable Proactive, strong communication skills and telephone manner Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Proficiency in English, both oral and written. Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
