Responsibilities
* Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families in crisis situations.
* Providing timely interventions and support to safeguard vulnerable individuals.
* Collaborating with multi‑agency teams to coordinate effective responses.
* Developing and implementing tailored care plans in line with best practices.
* Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Qualifications
* A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Proven experience in frontline social work, preferably within a first response or emergency team setting.
* Strong assessment, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
