Position Overview
Join a highly specialised respiratory clinical team as a registered specialist Nurse or Physiotherapist in a fixed‑term role covering maternity leave. The post is based in the North of Tees and involves providing care to patients with respiratory disease across Hartlepool and Stockton in both clinic and home settings.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a high standard of respiratory care to patients in clinic and home environments.
* Proactively manage patients requiring specialist assessment and pathway‑based interventions.
* Work closely with hospital staff and a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, for ongoing assessment of complex presentations or multiple pathologies.
* Implement treatment plans established by senior clinicians and review patient progress.
* Operate flexibly, including weekend working, to meet patient needs.
Qualifications
* Registered specialist Nurse or Physiotherapist with experience in respiratory care.
* Demonstrated ability to assess and manage complex respiratory presentations.
* Strong independent working skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
* Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fixed‑term schedule.
