Role PurposeThis role acts as the central coordination point for all legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that acquisitions, disposals, lettings and litigation matters progress smoothly from agreed terms through topletion.The position is not a solicitor role—instead, it involves managingmunication and workflow between the business and its external specialist law firms to ensure efficiency, clarity, and timely progress.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate property transactions once Heads of Terms are agreed.
2. Liaise daily with multiple external law firms handling acquisitions, disposals, lettings,mercial agreements, and property‑related litigation.
3. Chase progress on searches, title matters, enquiries, documentation, and outstanding information.
4. Monitor and manage transaction timelines; identify blockers and escalate where needed.
5. Assist with collating information required for legal enquiries and due diligence.
6. Support the preparation of instructions for external litigation teams.
7. Maintain internal trackers and produce concise status reports for senior stakeholders.
8. Ensuremunication between internal teams, agents, legal representatives, and advisors flows efficiently.
9. Drive transactions proactively to maintain momentum and avoid avoidable delays.

16. Good working knowledge of leases, titles, enquiries, andpletion processes.
17. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate legal documentation and timelines.
