Vickerstock are proud to be partnering our Food Manufacturing Client - who are hugely passionate about their products and the people who produce them - with the appointment of a Night Shift Supervisor for their facility based near Lisburn

1. Up to £40000 depending on experience
2. 40hours per week - Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm.

Your responsibilities on Night Shift
6. Ensure the production team are properly instructed in the care and safe operation of equipment
7. Liaise with production manager on production plans to ensure constant flow of production.
8. Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials - ensuring all traceability information is completed.
9. Perform continuous inspection of product to ensure quality
10. Ensure all equipment is in good operating condition
11. Promotes positive employee relations and interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
12. Ensure employee compliance with company rules
13. Assist with employee training and performance reviews
14. Make recommendations on disciplinary action and otherwise participates in the disciplinary action process as necessary
15. Fulfilment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
(please note this is a Night Shift role Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm).
Your essential ingredients:
16. Proven experience leading a Team within a fast-paced Food manufacturing environment
17. Ability to coach, develop and mentor your team to achieve company goals
18. Strong communication skills
