Responsibilities include:
* Organising and supervising the unit according to standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland, contract specifications, and statutory regulations.
* Managing the overall efficient operation of the unit, providing quality service.
* Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service to standards.
* Ensuring the efficient use of resources, including stock, team members, and assets.
Who you are:
* Providing guidance and strategic management of the business through your team.
* Previous contract catering experience.
* Effective communication, motivation, and guidance of your management team and staff.
* Responsibility for food and health & safety procedures.
* Regular communication with the client.
* Implementing action plans based on customer satisfaction surveys.
* Promoting the unit and representing Compass Group.
* Managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring delivery of client hospitality standards and seeking feedback.
* Identifying opportunities for service improvement.
* Bringing innovation and flair.
* Operating within budget, monitoring trends, and correcting deviations.
* Delivering customer requirements in line with expectations.
