Our client is seeking a skilled professional to conduct energy efficiency surveys across London and the Greater London area, offering the flexibility of hybrid working.
About the Role
As a Retrofit Assessor, you’ll play a vital role in assessing residential properties, ensuring compliance with retrofit standards, and supporting sustainability initiatives. You’ll be responsible for conducting detailed and accurate energy assessments, providing key insights to drive efficiency improvements.
What Our Client Is Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified Retrofit Assessor with relevant industry experience in energy assessment.
* Have a strong understanding of retrofit assessments and energy efficiency regulations.
* Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for site visits.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold:
* Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification
* Qualified Retrofit Assessor (RA) certification
* Level 3 Award in Traditional Buildings
* Elmhurst accreditation
