Role: Mechanical/Assembly Fitter
Hours: Monday - Thursday, days only. (Fridays off!)
Location: Worksop
Salary: Up to £31,000pa + overtime opportunities paid at enhanced rates
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow build procedures, drawings, and work instructions with accuracy
* Work to takt times and complete daily time sheets
* Use correct PPE and maintain excellent housekeeping standards
* Support team members and assist with additional operations as required
* Be flexible and willing to move between departments when needed
* Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude at all times
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working in production assembly or manufacturing environments
* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
* Capable of working to takt times
* Experience in body building, coach building, or interpreting engineering drawings is an advantage
* Flexible with working hours and open to overtime when required
