Position: Consumer PR Senior Account Manager
* Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
* Salary: Competitive
* Type: Full-time, Permanent
Must already be at Senior Account Manager level
Key Skills:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* Proven ability to oversee and advance client activity while managing and mentoring team members
* Strong client counsel skills with the ability to identify and resolve challenges proactively
Key Responsibilities:
Clients
* Lead planning and programme management across accounts
* Maintain and grow strong client relationships
* Manage client reporting, budgets, and financial processes
Communication
* Oversee media and influencer relations
* Contribute to and review written materials across platforms
* Manage social content strategies and lead internal teams
Creativity
* Drive and participate in campaign brainstorms
* Develop both proactive and reactive ideas to support client goals
Culture
* Support business development efforts and contribute to new business pitches
* Lead or contribute to research activities to support strategy and insight development
