As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support and step into the Store Manager’s shoes when needed. Your passion for Joules people and products will shine through your store’s performance. Flexible working options are available.
About You:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be commercially driven and marketing savvy, with the ability to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. Reporting to the Store Manager and working shoulder to shoulder with them, you will have the ability to understand individual needs to help develop your sales team.
You will need to have previous experience of working to KPIs and targets with a strong customer service focus, either in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
