What you’ll do as Systems Accountant – Finance Transformation:
1. Improve how finance works across countries and entities, strengthening consolidation, reporting, and close activities
2. Act as the bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring systems properly support accounting processes, controls, and standards
3. Identify reporting challenges, data inconsistencies, and manual workarounds, improving how local results roll up to group level
4. Drive automation, standardisation, and efficiency improvements across finance systems and processes
5. Lead or support finance systems changes, upgrades, testing, training, and change management activities
You are:
6. A finance professional with a strong financial accounting background and understanding of consolidation and group reporting
7. Experienced working with ERP systems in multi‑entity, multi‑country environments
8. Exposed to finance systems change or transformation initiatives, acting as a link between Finance and IT
9. Comfortable discussing end‑to‑end finance processes, data flows, and controls with a wide range of stakeholders
10. Confident working across countries, cultures, and senior stakeholder groups
