What you’ll do as Systems Accountant – Finance Transformation:
Improve how finance works across countries and entities, strengthening consolidation, reporting, and close activitiesAct as the bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring systems properly support accounting processes, controls, and standardsIdentify reporting challenges, data inconsistencies, and manual workarounds, improving how local results roll up to group levelDrive automation, standardisation, and efficiency improvements across finance systems and processesLead or support finance systems changes, upgrades, testing, training, and change management activitiesYou are:
A finance professional with a strong financial accounting background and understanding of consolidation and group reportingExperienced working with ERP systems in multi‑entity, multi‑country environmentsExposed to finance systems change or transformation initiatives, acting as a link between Finance and ITComfortable discussing end‑to‑end finance processes, data flows, and controls with a wide range of stakeholdersConfident working across countries, cultures, and senior stakeholder groupsHere’s what you’ll get:
