About The Role
We are looking for a Care Team Leader who cares about making every moment matter for the people we support. Due to growth, we have several positions focused on supporting people to live in and be part of the local community. Our residential service helps people to engage in community activities and enjoy their time at home.

About you
Are you enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to supporting people with dignity? You should be adaptable, flexible, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of our team. Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors.
* Hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Hold a valid driver’s license.

The Role
* Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower individuals to achieve their goals, respecting their individuality, and enabling them to make choices aligned with their support plans.
* Promote health, well-being, and respect cultural, emotional, and spiritual beliefs in an inclusive manner.
* Facilitate social, educational, or work activities, including family visits, walks, shopping, and recreational outings.
* Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic chores, and personal care.
* Complete necessary records and documentation as part of your duties.

About The Service
All Saints Vicarage, located in Hetton Le Hole, supports seven young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Needs. The setting is peaceful and attractive, supporting individuals with personalized activity programs including walks, football, swimming, discos, bike riding, and cinema trips.
