As the Development Clerk of Works, you will deliver a highly professional service focusing on day-to-day support of our new build and refurbishment development schemes, including regular site visits and writing weekly reports on site progress, providing quality assurance on the work being undertaken to ensure it aligns with the building regulations and contract requirements. You’ll carry out quality reviews at key stages, working closely with contractors to ensure properties are completed to a high standard of finish. You will be a highly organised individual with excellent communication and conflict management skills, who can manage multiple priorities to agreed deadlines. You will have an excellent level of technical knowledge gained through extensive and relevant experience within construction, including direct experience with on-site management of investment, refurbishment and development scheme from inception to completion.
