Job Description
3. Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
5. Act as the primary point of contact between the company, suppliers and customers.
6. Prepare and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
7. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
8. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (design/sales/manufacturing) to align construction efforts with broader business goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Contract Manager should have:
10. Previous experience in managing construction projects, ideally within the fit-out sector!
11. Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management practices.
12. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
