To qualify for the Deputy Manager role, candidates must hold relevant qualifications in Children's Residential services and possess a full driver's license.
The salary for this position ranges from £25,958 to £26,972 plus a sleep allowance.
Location: Hatfield
Hours: Full-time (flexible shift pattern, including sleeping - in and weekends) Temp to perm contract.

As Deputy Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Supporting the management in running a successful staff team and day-to-day home operations
* Assisting with the supervision of junior staff
* Ensuring the highest standards of care for the physical, behavioural, and emotional needs of young people
* Collaborating with senior staff on the creation and maintenance of placement and risk management plans
* Supporting young people in daily activities, including family contact, local club attendance, 1:1 community activities, promoting independence, and encouraging positive social behaviour.
Requirements:
* NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Services or equivalent
* Essential experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a Children's Residential Support Work environment
* Must be a driver, as transportation of young people may be required
* Minimum age requirement: 21
* Willingness to work towards or completion of Level 5
