We’re looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team and help turn customer enquiries into confirmed appointments.

As our Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound enquiries and confirm appointments for our field sales reps.
* Following up with customers who’ve received quotes, answer questions, and offer discounts to secure the sale.
* Keeping customer details updated in our CRM and manage your pipeline effectively.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
* Previous experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
* Confident communicator who enjoys phone-based conversations.
* Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
