We have a fantastic opportunity for Team Leaders in Glasgow.
As a Team Leader you’ll have responsibility for the day-to-day management of a team, including being a focal point for enquires, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, driving colleague engagement and team performance, so we're looking for an enthusiastic leader able to motivate and support colleagues as well as train, develop and appraise them.
We're looking for a dynamic individual who can balance the needs of the team with the demands of the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for developing others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The skills you will have when you apply:
1. Experience as a claims team leader: Previous experience managing a team of FNOL handlers/claims handlers required for this role
2. Excellent communication skills:You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
3. Ability to cope with fast changing working environment
4. Willingness to undertake professional qualifications to support your development
