HR Business Partner – Lancashire & the Northwest region
This is a hybrid, flexible working role with travel required, workload and client base dependent.
I am working with a fantastic organisation who is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner to join their team from a consultative perspective.
What We're Looking For
* Fluent understanding of TUPE with proven experience managing union consultations confidently.
* Strong project management skills and comprehensive knowledge of the employee lifecycle.
* Solid grasp of employment law with the ability to apply it effectively in practical settings.
* Confident and proactive approach, with the ability to constructively challenge when needed.
* CIPD Level 7 qualified or currently working towards the qualification.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and time management.
What the Role Involves
* Conducting detailed HR audits and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Providing strategic HR support that delivers measurable value to clients.
* Offering expert guidance, mentoring, and support across a range of HR matters.
* Representing AfterAthena at client events and meetings.

* Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
