Are you passionate about promoting physical activity and building healthier communities? Active Cumbria, part of Cumberland Council's Public Health and Wellbeing service, is looking for a dynamic Project Officer to help deliver place-based programmes that encourage active travel and community engagement across Cumbria. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, applying your specialist knowledge to support local initiatives, provide funding guidance, and contribute to strategic planning and evaluation.
We're seeking someone with an NVQ Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent experience), strong interpersonal and ICT skills, and a solid understanding of policy development and service delivery. In return, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team committed to continuous improvement, equality, and safeguarding standards.
