This is an exciting hybrid role working with the SEND Travel Team. The successful candidate will work with the SEND Travel Team during their busy period processing referrals for transport: You will be: Liaising with parents and schools to ascertain the most suitable travel assistance for young people with EHCPs. Working with schools, parents and colleagues in Children's Services to resolves any issues with travel assistance. The role will also include working with the SEND Travel Reviewing team outside of the busy period of the year looking at the effectiveness and efficiency of SEND school transport routes and relevance of SEND needs on transport.
