This role is vital in ensuring our data is clean, structured, and ready for system migration. You will work closely with colleagues across Housing Maintenance, the wider Housing service, and key project teams. Key Responsibilities Perform system administration and data cleansing tasks to prepare for major system replacement projects. Support the maintenance and development of housing-related systems including Locata, Uniclass, DRS, Keystone, and SharePoint. Liaise with internal teams to organise files, update records, and action system requests. Provide first-line support for users and escalate technical issues when required. Learn new systems quickly and apply analytical thinking to resolve issues. Contribute to the success of the Data Housing Project and Maintenance System Replacement Project.
