Location: Wolverhampton (Remote/Hybrid)

The Client:
I am working with an exciting, national company, who are looking to expand their impressive in-house IT support team with a new Service Desk Team Lead. The role is largely home based but a monthly trip to Wolverhampton may be required so it is important applicants are within this area.
IT Support Technician Specification:
1. A minimum of 3 years experience on a IT Service Desk
2. Experience in Office 365 and Microsoft 365
3. Experience in Azure (Highly Desirable)
4. Great communication skills
5. End User Support Experience
6. Knowledge and experience of Teams and OneDrive
7. Experience of managing teams
