We currently have an opportunity for Chefs to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2026/27 Football Season. This role offers the chance to work on matchdays and non‑matchdays in a fast and innovative catering facility.
Package Description
- Job Role: Chef – Matchday Hospitality
- Rate of Pay: £17.21 per hour
- Working Pattern: Flexible – Matchdays and non‑matchdays (C&E events), including evenings and weekends
- You must provide proof of right to work when requested.
Main Responsibilities
- Food to be prepared and served according to specification.
- Preparations to be kept clean and tidy.
- Comply with high levels of food preparation, production, and presentation within the stadium.
- Adhere to safety guidelines when using equipment.
- Follow company standards and policies.
- Work with the Head & Executive Chef to ensure food service standards meet expectations.
- Always adhere to food safety alongside health & safety procedures.
- Support minimising wastage.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef required.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge (Level 2).
- Flexible working patterns.
- Good attention to detail.
- Presentable appearance for kitchen and public spaces.
- Adaptable to multi‑function areas.
