The Role
As an IFA Administrator, youll be a key part of the adviser support team, ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing and submitting new business applications and investment instructions
Preparing client review packs, valuations, and product illustrations
Handling Letters of Authority and ensuring information is gathered efficiently
Assisting advisers with suitability report preparation
Keeping client records up to date within Intelligent Office
Communicating with clients, providers, and third parties to progress cases
Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed within deadlinesAbout You
Were looking for someone with strong administrative experience in financial planning who enjoys working in a detail-focused role. You will bring:
Solid experience using Intelligent Office (essential)
Familiarity with FE Analytics (advantageous but not required)
Confidence working with investment platforms and financial products
Competency in Word and Excel, or enthusiasm to develop your skills
Strong organisation, accuracy, and the ability to work proactively
