As a Parts Supply Analyst, you will be based onsite at our DC1 Minworth packing plant, working five days a week. In this role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating supply of fixings for multiple carlines, customers and packing plants. Your role will be to cover end-to-end demand creation, scheduling, ordering and processing of fixings through both SAP and legacy systems. You will also need to manage urgent customer requests via a resupply process. This role offers significant exposure across the KD team and the opportunity to work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to accelerate transformation and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
* Validate fixing parts bill of materials for each vehicle line.
* Coordinate schedule creation for fixings from supplier.
* Coordinate purchase order raising for all fixings supply.
* Maintain fixings ordering/shipping traceability.
* Coordinate fixings supply for Minworth Packing Plant internal use.
Qualifications
* Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
* Experience end‑to‑end of supply chain (planning, scheduling, procurement, process, shipping).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, with the ability to accurately analyse and manage data.
* Hands‑on experience with SAP, including usage and/or implementations.
* Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to manage urgent customer requests via a resupply process.
